We take all feedback to city leaders and developers, and they take this input into consideration during their efforts for shaping Silicon Valley communities.
We also use demographic statistics in our efforts to improve community engagement.

How do I search for projects in my neighborhood?
Go to “Projects” in the top menu. Enter a Zip Code, City or Address into the search bar.
How do I find a specific project by name?
Go to “Projects” in the top menu. Enter the name of the project into the search bar
What do the different types of Projects (Affordable, Market-Rate Housing, etc) mean?

How does ShapeSV add new projects to the Projects page?
Catalyze SV has a Project Advocacy Committee (PAC) that supports and advocates for new projects in Santa Clara & San Mateo counties through a scoring process. Developers present their projects to the PAC which assesses the projects for 7 criteria - Affordability, Community, Intensity/Zoning, Legacy (if applicable), Sustainability, Transportation and Vibrancy.

What happens to the questions and inputs?
All the questions asked about a project are collected anonymously and will be relayed to the developer as input to them.
A monthly report/newsletter with latest news and updates about projects will be published.
